This page explains, in simple English, what the BECI website saves and why. We keep it short and honest.
✓The short version
- We only ask for your name and email if you fill in our registration form.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Your settings and your chats with Mabi are saved only on your own device.
- You can delete everything with one button on this page.
💾What your browser saves
Your browser saves a few small items on your device (in "local storage", which works like cookies). They are not sent to us.

🍪Your cookie choice
- Necessary only: we keep only what the site needs to work (the items above).
- Accept all: you also allow simple visitor statistics in the future, to help us improve the site.
Right now we do not use any statistics tools. If we add one, it will only run after you choose "Accept all", and we will list it on this page.
⚙️Your settings
This removes your language, theme, cookie choice, quiz result and Mabi chat history from this device.
🦜Mabi, our assistant
Mabi is not an AI. Mabi answers from a list of questions and answers on our website. Your questions are not sent to us or to anyone else, and your chats stay on your device.
📨Registration form
If you send our registration form, we receive your name, country, email, preferred start date, chosen campuses and message. We use them only to reply to you and help you register. They go to the BECI admissions team by email, and we never sell them or share them with advertisers.
- To stop spam, the form checks how often it is sent from your internet address. We keep this check (in a coded form) for up to 24 hours.
- We keep your registration only as long as we need it to help you, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
🌐Services from other companies
To show some parts of the site, your browser loads files from these services. Like any website, they can see your IP address and browser type. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: the letters (font) on our pages
- Google Maps: the map on each campus page
- cdnjs (Cloudflare): the Instagram, Facebook and YouTube icons
- open.er-api.com and Frankfurter: today’s PHP to US$ exchange rate
Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and our agent login page open those websites. Their own privacy policies apply there.
⚖️Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to know what we do with your information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to make a complaint. Settings and Mabi chats are saved only on your device, so you can delete them yourself with the button above. For a registration you sent us, contact us and we will help.
